Nutrition Analysis

Health Promotion and Wellness offers free individual diet analysis and nutrition guidance. Faculty, staff, and students can meet one on one with the Health Promotion and Wellness nutrition graduate assistant at no cost.

To request your nutrition analysis:

• Begin by downloading the  3-day food diary

• When completed, upload it to the  Health Questionnaire

Once the food diary is submitted, our staff will analyze your information and then reach out to schedule a meeting. This process takes one to two weeks. Please contact WellnessNutrition@IllinoisState.edu with questions related to your nutrition consult.

Health Promotion and Wellness staff members also provide Nutrition-related presentations for staff and faculty, the classroom environment, and campus groups/organizations. Please submit the workshop request form and contact (309) 438-9355 with any questions.
